Plus sponsors get an overall summary progress to see the value of their donation, and to keep the donations coming in.

What is your commitment?
Risk wise
None - you don't purchase the system until after we help you raise funds from sponsors. So you will be cash flow positive - we guarantee it.
Time wise
Almost none. You will need to copy and paste a few emails to get sponsors. Then a 1 - 2 min video introducing the program for the funnel. We run everything
Investment wise
We charge a one time set up fee of $97. The annual cost is $360 but it is not paid until after you've collected your sponsorship funding.
FAQs
What mitzvot can be tracked and how do you do it?
We can track any mitzvah and we track all of them except for Tahara Mispchat, Participants can sign up for as many different mitzvot as they like.
When we send reminders to participants, we include a link for them to record their mitzvot.
Our system will track the date and the number of mitzvot entered at that time. Plus it tracks the history of previous recorded mitzvot enabling up to congratulate them when they hit a goal.
It also enables us to report goal achievements back to you, so if you want you can reach out to give them a Mazel tov. Plus this tracking enables us to report to sponsors, the number of mitzvot their donation has helped generate.
FYI we primarily focus on the 10 mitzvot the Rebbe emphasized.
How do I access what is going on within the system?
We provide you with a username and password so you can sign into your account and view all activity. We will even give you an app for your phone Since the system is web based you can access it from any of your devices. You can see who your donors are, who is doing mitzvot and which ones they signed up for, as well as the frequency of each mitzvah per person.
How much information is available to donors/sponsors?
We do not provide any personal information to donors.
They only see the number of mitzvot generated withing the system and the total number of people who are active.= - they do not even see which mitzvot are being performed.
The goal is to give them enough information so they know their investment was worthwhile.
Are you doing anything else with the information?
The only other thing we do is we will generate a generic a quarterly My Mitzvah Tree quarterly newsletter, updating the stats. This is sent to you or your VA who can fine tune it and send it out under your standard email.
What's involved in the reminder system - what about opting out?
The reminder system is a big reason the program works.
Each reminder is specifically focused on the mitzvah selected by the person -so it is always relevant.
When signing up each person will determine how often they want to be reminded. They can change the frequency of the reminders or stop them completely - if they stop them we will let you know.
They also set their own goals when signing up - we do this so we can congradulate them up on reaching a goal (you get a notification internally as well)
Reminders are emails that we send out with links to Chabad.org - each link is related to the mitzvot they selected.
